We specialise in the manufacture and supply of SS 310S pipe bends in both standard and non standard sizes, with bending radius of 1D to 10D or any other custom bending radius. We offer ex-stock delivery of various standard size and type SS 310S pipe fittings, SS 310S flanges and SS 310S pipe bends. Our specialty is to manufacture and supply large size fabricated 100% radiography tested SS 310S elbows, SS 310S reducers, SS 310S tees and SS 310S large diameter fabricated pipes.
Commonly referred to as UNS S31008, stainless steel 310S grade is generally used in elevated temperature applications. Due to its high chromium and nickel content, the general corrosion resistance of 310S is more superior to 304 or 309 in most environments. Stainless steel 310S is mostly similar to grade 309, but offers greater corrosion resistance and oxidation at high temperatures. As compared to Type 310, Type 310S stainless steel is identical to it except for a lower carbon content that minimizes carbide precipitation and improves weldability.

Marking & Packing
Products are packaged to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In case of exports, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases. All fittings and flanges are marked with Grade, Lot No, Size, Degree and our trade mark. On special requests we can also, make custom marking on our products.
Quality Assurance
At Gautam Steel, all fittings and flanges are subject to strict inspection at each stage of the production process, from starting material purchasing to product dispatch. They are visually examined for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards. Upon request, official certified Inspection Agencies can be called in to witness the material reports, dimensions and quality conformity of products.
